I am a Program Manager, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach with over 10 years of experience in the banking and finance sector. My career has been dedicated to driving high-performance teams and delivering complex programs on schedule and within budget. I have a deep expertise in applying agile principles, utilizing Scrum ceremonies, and fostering stakeholder collaboration. My proven track record includes reducing lead and cycle times while effectively resolving impediments.

In my recent role as a Platform Agile Coach and Technical Delivery Manager at UOB, I worked closely with program stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery from pre-ITC to production. I facilitated Scrum of Scrums and quarterly planning sessions, coaching teams to conduct effective Scrum events and remove blockers. My previous experience at DBS Bank involved delivering a $7 million multi-country CRM product on time while managing eight Scrum teams and maximizing value delivery in wealth management projects.
