What I'm looking for

I’m looking for product, customer success, business analysis, or growth roles where I can apply data-backed execution to build user-centered products, learn fast, create real impact, and keep momentum—while moving toward my long-term goal of founding a startup.

I’m a product-minded professional with a background in engineering, operations, and research—now transitioning fully into product management, customer success, and growth. I’m currently pursuing a Product Management certification and I enjoy turning ambiguous problems into structured product plans and clear execution.

Through hands-on work on two end-to-end app prototypes, I’ve built products from user interviews and persona building to market research, Figma wireframing, and pitching. I focus on depth over scale—designing thoughtful user experiences, not just features.

In my project engineering roles at Du—Emirates Integrated Telecommunications—I managed procurement and vendor workflows, used Oracle ERP and Excel to analyze cost and supply chain data, and built SharePoint dashboards and repositories to improve cross-functional visibility. I also supported GTM execution by tracking timelines, deliverables, and risks, and I’m comfortable driving operational improvements with data-backed recommendations.

I’ve complemented this with HR/compliance operations and research experience, including process optimization, structured documentation, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders. I bring analytical thinking, creative storytelling, and operational execution, and I’m passionate about building products that genuinely improve people’s lives.
