In my current role, I respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and virtual meetings, schedule appointments, coordinate client meetings, and resolve customer concerns while delivering exceptional service. I manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment and maintain client documentation using CRM systems.

Before that, I worked as a Warehouse Associate/Customer Service Associate, assisting customers with product and order inquiries and preparing customer orders and documentation. I’m a quick learner with excellent communication and organizational skills who’s comfortable working independently.
