I've spent my career sitting at the intersection of data and the humans who need to understand it — finance teams, clinical leadership, C-suite — and making sure the translation is clean. I started in financial services at JP Morgan, moved into higher education and healthcare analytics, and have spent the last several years building BI infrastructure from scratch at organizations that didn't know they needed it until they had it.
My toolkit is broad: SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, Python, Power Automate. But honestly what I bring that's harder to find is the ability to walk into a room with a Director who can't articulate what they need, figure out what they actually need, and build something that outlasts my involvement in it.
I'm looking for a team that moves fast, values independent thinkers, and has real problems worth solving. Healthcare, health tech, and enterprise analytics are my sweet spots — but good data problems don't discriminate and neither do I.
