What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve operational systems in a lean, technical environment where I can define metrics, document playbooks, automate repetitive work, and coordinate effectively across product, engineering, customers, and stakeholders.

I've built and run the systems behind senior recruitment, B2B technology rollouts, digital products, and client delivery. At Mankind Recruitment, I designed workflows for candidate sourcing, validation, and assessment while coordinating clients and search teams across senior mandates.

I built a self-hosted automation tool using ClickUp, Node.js, Claude API, and JSON-based workflows, reducing daily administration from four hours to 45 minutes and candidate-profile creation from 50 minutes to 15 minutes. Previously at OMAK Technologies, I delivered 50 location rollouts across 30+ clients through repeatable onboarding frameworks.

I've also launched a SaaS platform, co-founded a digital agency serving 20+ clients, and led digital delivery for brands including Unilever, HSBC, GSK, Cinnamon Hotels, and Airtel. I enjoy turning messy, high-stakes work into clear playbooks, reliable metrics, and practical systems teams can use.
