I’m looking to lead customer success and partner growth in a SaaS environment—building engagement frameworks, driving adoption/retention/expansion, and enabling technology adoption through meaningful partnerships that solve real merchant challenges.

I’m an IT and Customer Success leader with 18 years of experience across IT and telecommunications, focused on strategic account management, customer engagement frameworks, and operations management in B2B and SaaS environments.

I’m known for building strong customer and partner relationships while delivering measurable business outcomes—bridging product, sales, and marketing to drive adoption, retention, and expansion across SMB and enterprise customers.

At THRYVZ, I lead SaaS product marketing across Android, iOS, and web, manage all online customer touchpoints, and acquire partners for a white-label program through demonstrations, negotiations, and onboarding. I also create partner ecosystems and new revenue streams through integrations and revenue sharing, and I’ve built similar momentum in prior operations and customer care leadership roles at NVISION and Etisalat Lanka, backed by an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
