At SALT, LLC, I managed strategic engagement projects and programs, overseeing 10+ projects at a time and establishing processes for more than 50 active projects. I led stakeholder and public engagement for airport improvement projects across Alaska, coordinating with Tribal and city leaders, environmental teams, engineers, and contractors.
I also led client communication, organizational assessments, interviews, and deliverable development for organizations including Camp Fire Alaska, ANTHC, The Alaska Center, and First Alaskan’s Institute, contributing to five-year strategic plans and implementation processes. At Apple, I supported the transition of 25,000 retail employees to remote work and facilitated equipment delivery and cross-functional communications.
