At Apple, I’ve led solutions consulting work that combines in-person and virtual client engagement with tailored communications across calls, conferences, and direct partner interactions. I developed and executed engagement strategies that contributed to over $70M in annual sales and exceeded acquisition goals, while also analyzing partner and market performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

I’ve also managed complex, multi-project environments—monitoring in-store merchandising and training standards, ensuring compliance, and helping clients use the right tools and processes to optimize performance and mitigate risk. As a Subject Matter Expert for the AppleCare At Home Advisor Experience, I spearheaded initiatives that drove team performance, delivering the highest metrics across multiple key areas and outperforming other internal AppleCare teams.

Beyond sales execution, I’m deeply committed to people development and change enablement. I’ve cultivated partner relationships by designing targeted training sessions grounded in Gardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligences, and I’ve helped teams communicate the Apple brand through compelling storytelling techniques. Alongside my corporate leadership, I’m the Founder and Executive Director of a nonprofit supporting emerging artists—leading community-focused arts programs while continuing to mentor and coach others.
