I’m seeking a remote Customer Success or Account Management role where I can own end-to-end client relationships, handle onboarding and escalations, and drive revenue through proactive communication, pricing support, and strong operational follow-through.

I’m a client-focused communications professional and final-year BA Communications Science student with hands-on experience in end-to-end client relationship management.
