I’m looking for full-time remote work where I can combine customer success and digital support with content writing—helping customers with empathy, improving messaging through research, and contributing to a fast-moving team that supports continuous learning.

I’m a detail-oriented remote professional with five years of client-facing hospitality experience and a degree in Social Sciences from the University of Cape Town.
