I’m a customer-focused Microbiology graduate with strong experience in banking operations, cash handling, and client relations. I’m known for delivering excellent service through multiple channels while resolving customer issues efficiently and keeping transaction records accurate.

At United Bank for Africa, I served as a first point of contact for customers—greeting visitors, listening to inquiries, and guiding them with clear product/service information. I also handled and resolved complaints professionally and followed up when needed to ensure customers were properly supported.

As a Utility Teller, I managed daily cash deposits, withdrawals, and cheque postings with strict accuracy. I reconciled cash drawers daily, verified balances, facilitated electronic payments using Remita and Paydirect, processed internally generated revenue (IGR) payments, and handled transaction disputes in both intra- and interbank scenarios.

Beyond banking, I built strong digital customer support and communication skills as an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, responding to customer enquiries online and using tracking dashboards and analytics tools to monitor sales and customer behaviour. I also bring frontline sales experience as a Sales Consultant, and I’ve developed discipline and record-keeping from roles including Sales Assistant, a NYSC primary assignment as a Cultural and Creative Arts Teacher, a laboratory internship as an Assistant Laboratory Scientist, and administrative support as a Secretary.
