I’m a customer-focused professional who brings accurate, detail-driven service to every interaction. In my customer service/cashier role, I handled clients’ orders, processed transactions efficiently, resolved customer queries professionally, and maintained high attention to detail to ensure accuracy.

I also bring a strong sales mindset from my experience as a Sales Representative. I present, promote, and sell products, perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to meet customer requirements, and establish positive business and customer relationships—supported by cold calling to reach leads.

Before switching fully into service and sales, I built a solid technical foundation as a Lab Scientist. I received, labeled, and safely stored samples, performed laboratory tests and interpreted results, and recorded and managed data accurately—while staying proficient in operating laboratory equipment like a microscope.
