What I'm looking for

I seek a guest-focused role in a collaborative hospitality team where I can apply operations experience, train staff, and deliver exceptional service while growing into greater leadership responsibilities.

I am a hospitality-focused professional and soon-to-be Music Education graduate with hands-on experience managing front-desk operations, training staff, handling accounts receivable, and delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment. I balance operational responsibility with a collaborative approach, covering shifts, resolving guest complaints, coordinating departments, and supporting food & beverage and housekeeping functions.

My background in university leadership and music education complements my customer-facing skills; I have served as a student ambassador and fraternity officer while maintaining a strong GPA.
