I'm currently leading front desk operations at Candlewood Suites in Norfolk, resolving guest concerns, coordinating room readiness with housekeeping, and keeping daily operations organized.

I've supported customers across retail and hospitality environments, including The Fresh Market, Norfolk Yacht Club, and Walmart. My work has included greeting guests, answering questions, scheduling customers, handling orders, maintaining clean spaces, and helping people find what they need.

At Norfolk Yacht Club, I rotated across reception, galley crew, child care, and pool greeting roles, adapting to different operational needs while following established procedures.

I'm pursuing an associate's degree at Tidewater Community College and bring document management, communication, organization, problem solving, and strong attention to detail to every role.
