At SAP SE, I create and maintain developer documentation using Docusaurus and GitHub, and use Claude and Claude Code to improve content workflows. I translate complex technical topics into clear, developer-friendly documentation.
In SAP SE’s Internal Strategic Consulting work, I collaborated with the Strategy and GTM Lead to turn complex business processes into visual narratives for C-level stakeholders. I also supported internal consulting projects by shaping digitalization topics into presentations.
At SAP SE, I supported ITSM/ITOM initiatives through process improvement, backlog management, and documentation. I also supported the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow-based solutions.
At VeronaLabs, I coordinated project tasks, followed up on tickets, and managed Jira and Asana boards. I’m pursuing a master’s degree in Computer Science at RPTU Kaiserslautern.
