At Moving Primates, I created and maintained technical documentation for CMS workflows, reusable components, and integrations. I worked with Shopify, Sanity CMS, and REST and GraphQL APIs, and documented technical issues to support troubleshooting and consistent implementation.
As a Knowledge Management & Training Specialist at CMS International B.V., I created user manuals and internal guidance and supported improvements to the SPARK knowledge management platform. I also delivered internal training and helped users work with digital systems and knowledge resources.
I designed and published two digital German-language courses for more than 500 learners, managing their content from structure through publication and ongoing improvements. I’m also developing a web-based German grammar learning application with structured lessons and interactive exercises.
