At SSW Trading GmbH, I’m the Product Owner for the Java area, responsible for a portfolio of 12 products. I’m driving the migration of a legacy monolith into microservices and helping advance the company’s AI initiatives.

I provide functional leadership for a seven-person development team and support people management, onboarding, and hiring. I also maintain the product roadmap, work with stakeholder groups, and monitor KPIs such as release time and error rate per feature.

Earlier, I developed software at SSW Trading GmbH, Buhl Tax Service GmbH, and Accellence Technologies GmbH. My work included extending an energy trading platform, developing WISO Steuer-Sparbuch in C++ with Qt, and creating a native WebRTC application for real-time IP camera streaming.
