I’m looking for a fast-paced technical recruiting role where I can own 360° IT hiring, build Boolean-search pipelines, and use ATS/Power BI data to deliver qualified candidates for US and UK clients.

I’m a technical recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, full-cycle hiring environments—owning the process from job briefing and candidate sourcing through offer management and onboarding support. I’ve supported US and UK staffing and agency recruitment workflows with a strong focus on building reliable talent pipelines.

In my recent roles, I delivered 360-degree recruitment across IT and Telecom/Engineering for US-based Fortune 50 clients. I’ve specialized in core technical hires such as Full Stack Developers, Java Developers, Dot net developers, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, SAP Specialists, Oracle Implementation Partners, Murex Developers, and QA Automation, Network Engineering, IAM, and other technical roles.

I use Boolean search and resume mining across platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and Indeed to identify qualified candidates and screen them against client requirements. I manage accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as JobDiva and Manatal, and I track recruitment performance using Power BI dashboards and reporting.

Before moving deeper into recruiting, I worked as a Technical Support Engineer for recruitment systems at JobDiva Inc., supporting agencies with ATS/CRM workflows, API-based integrations, and ATS configuration and reporting. I bring that systems mindset into recruiting to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and support better hiring outcomes—backed by a BSc in Computer Science and a Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate.
