What I'm looking for

I'm targeting Business Development roles in B2B SaaS where I can use consultative prospecting, objection handling, conversion and retention skills while developing my knowledge of the technology landscape and vendor ecosystem.

I've converted and retained customers above target in a regulated insurance contact centre, using cold and warm calling, structured questioning and objection handling to match customers with appropriate cover.

At Direct Line Group, I managed sustained inbound and outbound call volumes while selling above the expected level of the role. I also saved cancelling customers by uncovering their real objections and rebuilding the value of their cover.

At Bradford City Council, I progressed from a Level 3 apprentice to a permanent School Appeals Officer. I ran more than 300 admission appeals annually, coordinated parents, schools and legal teams, and kept statutory casework moving against strict deadlines.

I've also owned service billing, invoiced schools, tracked payments and resolved commercial queries with school business managers. I'm completing Techstride's tech sales programme and focused on bringing my prospecting, needs analysis and customer-facing experience into B2B SaaS business development.
