I am an enthusiastic, self-driven customer support and operations professional with hands-on experience in mentor chat support, dispatching, and basic IT/system administration. I bring a strong focus on clear communication, customer satisfaction, and timely issue resolution across phone and chat channels.

At Mindbridge (foodora/foodpanda) I handled customer inquiries, resolved issues, and contributed to performance management through feedback and goal-setting while supporting multiple communication channels. As a dispatcher/controller for ride services I managed route assignments, maintained accurate records, and prioritized tasks to optimize operations.

I have practical IT support experience including system administration, troubleshooting, software setup, CRM and VoIP familiarity, and support for remote operations. I am pursuing a CS degree (ADP) and have prior education in F.Sc and Matric, which complements my technical and operational skills.

I work well under pressure, value teamwork and accountability, and seek roles where I can apply my combined customer support, dispatch/operations, and IT support experience to improve processes and drive strong service outcomes.
