What I'm looking for
I’m an AR Customer Support Specialist passionate about giving outstanding customer experience that adds to revenue and strengthens the company’s image. I bring hands-on experience managing client accounts, inquiries, billing concerns, and service renewals.
In my credit repair role, I managed inbound and outbound client accounts for a U.S.-based credit repair company. I resolved complex issues by reviewing credit reports, explaining credit score factors, guiding clients on disputes and improvement strategies, and negotiating payment arrangements to reduce past-due balances.
I’ve also delivered support across multiple customer-facing environments, including Revolut where I managed clients’ accounts on the bank’s app and guided transfers and reimbursement flows. Earlier, I worked as a Walmart live chat support agent handling order issues (missing/damaged items, curbside pick-ups, late deliveries) and coordinating refunds and store follow-ups.
Beyond support, I’ve led operations as a dispatch supervisor—ensuring rides were added and assigned timely, maintaining smooth client communication, and updating ETA and pick-up times. I’m now looking for a dynamic role where I can leverage customer support, technical troubleshooting, video editing, and operations to drive growth and innovation.
