My role as a Customer Service Advisor involved a variety of tasks, ranging from technical support to administrative, financial, and commercial duties. I handled invoice explanations and sold mobile lines and home internet services.

As a Customer Advisor in Renewable Energies, I was responsible for scheduling appointments and qualifying leads for photovoltaic panels and heat pumps in the French market. I mastered product knowledge and sales scripts during this period.

As a Team Leader, my main responsibility was to motivate, train, and guide my team towards achieving our sales objectives. I provided leadership and support to ensure the team's success.

As a Customer Advisor, my primary mission was to sell telephone and internet products and subscriptions (SFR Fiber/Bouygues packages). I was responsible for outbound calls, focusing on achieving sales targets.

As a sound technician intern, I gained hands-on experience in various aspects of audio production, including musical composition, mixing, and audio processing. I actively participated in the creation of several soundtracks for films and advertisements.

Pursued a BTS in Marketing and Management, acquiring skills in marketing strategies and managerial techniques. Participated in a stage and completed a final thesis on consumer behavior at Hikma Pharmaceutics.

Completed studies in management and economic sciences, focusing on foundational principles. Gained knowledge in economic theories and management practices relevant to business operations.
