At Kipchimchim Group of Companies – Kmatt Supermarkets, I provide ICT support across a multi-outlet retail environment. I respond to employee requests, troubleshoot issues, and assist with business applications and account access.

I also maintain IT asset records and operational reports, coordinate technical issues with management and vendors, and provide remote assistance to branch employees. Earlier, I provided computer and technical assistance at Royal Palace Academy and supported office staff at Ministry of Education – Subcounty Office.
