What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support opportunity where I can apply my computer hardware, networking, troubleshooting, and user-support training while continuing to grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

I've supported fast-paced operations at UPS, Viega, HD Supply, and Olive Garden, resolving workflow, equipment, and customer-service issues while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

At Viega and HD Supply, I trained employees on equipment operation, safety procedures, and warehouse processes. I bring clear communication, practical problem-solving, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

I'm an IT graduate with an Associate of Science in Computer Information Systems from HACC, a 4.0 GPA, and academic experience in hardware, Windows, networking, troubleshooting, Active Directory, databases, and cybersecurity.
