What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support role where I can troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, support users effectively, contribute to system upgrades, and continue growing my technical skills.

I'm currently supporting end users at Ventura Coastal, resolving hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

I diagnose LAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi connectivity problems, support Microsoft Office 365 and Windows, and document troubleshooting steps through help desk tickets and knowledge base articles.

Previously at General Logistics Systems, I serviced IT hardware and software, helped install and maintain networks, and managed work requests through the ticketing system. I also led a company-wide deployment of complex workstations for staff.

My earlier customer support and dispatch work strengthened my ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues quickly, maintain accurate records, and support people in fast-paced operations.
