I've led enterprise SaaS implementations at TMF Group and customer onboarding at Glider AI, taking clients from sales handoff through configuration, workflow customization, data validation, training, and go-live. I managed 50+ concurrent implementations at TMF Group while resolving configuration and data issues across clients, developers, and business analysts.
I've also built production software and AI products, including Elasticsearch-backed analytics APIs at Datalekt that reduced dashboard query latency from 2 seconds to 150ms across 1M+ daily transactions. At WCAC, I architected seven pluggable AI scoring engines and support a production stack using Express, Prisma, Redis, Docker, and Kubernetes.
