Remote Revenue Operations role at a US-based company, where I can apply 20 years of commercial leadership to CRM infrastructure, forecasting, KPI reporting, and cross-functional workflow design across Sales, Marketing, and CS. Bilingual EN/ES, U.S. Eastern time, Panama based with territorial tax structure that simplifies remote US employment.

I'm a Revenue Operations professional based in Panama City, building on 20 years of commercial leadership in premium automotive and powersports. I've spent my career at the intersection of commercial strategy and operational execution — exactly the seat RevOps occupies in a modern organization.

At RTR Motorsports, I built the commercial infrastructure from scratch — CRM, sales process, KPI dashboards, lifecycle communications. Over 8 years we scaled annual unit sales from 7 to 190 (a 2,614% increase) while sustaining 40% YoY revenue growth.

At Ferrari Panama, I rebuilt the CRM as a single source of truth across sales, service, and UHNW client engagement — driving a 30% lift in commercial team efficiency and a 20% improvement in customer retention. I also launched a new extended-warranty revenue line from zero, building pricing models, contract workflows, and customer-education processes from the ground up.

I'm now focused on bringing that operational discipline to a remote US-facing Revenue Operations role. My current toolkit includes Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics for CRM, Advanced Excel for forecasting and modeling, Tableau and Power BI for data visualization, and n8n for workflow automation. I'm HubSpot Revenue Operations certified, Google AI Essentials certified, and currently completing the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate.

I work U.S. Eastern time, communicate natively in English and Spanish, and operate from Panama under a territorial tax system that makes remote U.S. employment efficient for both sides. Outside of work, I'm a husband and father of three, and I spend my free time building automation workflows and supporting my wife's small art business.
