Gustav Dahlberg

@gustavdahlberg

Handled automation with Selenium and analyst projects for Flightmate and Transcom, streamlining price analysis and product comparisons.

What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a role that leverages my analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, independence, and capacity to quickly familiarize myself with new subject areas.

For Flygresor.se, I developed a Selenium WebDriver tool that compared prices with external online travel agencies and flagged potential discrepancies. It automated a process that had previously been manual.

At Transcom, I setup a spreadsheet to compare prices and product information and connect customers with recommended products. The goal was to make offers faster and setup for a cleaner experience on offers to improve the customers telecom situation.

My experience also includes troubleshooting and project diagnostics in customer service, administration at Topptjänster i Mälardalen, telemarketing at FUTURUM CAPITAL SE, and web and graphic front-end design at a mobile phone repair shop.

I am currently seeking a role where I can use my analytical skills or my experience with troubleshooting to contribute and lessen the workload for more efficient everyday work or navigation for your company and/or customers. I learn new subject areas very quickly.
