What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build my career in customer experience and technical support, where I can use my technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, customer communication, and ability to work independently under pressure.

I've developed and deployed a full-stack web application for DRONEAB using React, TypeScript, and .NET, including REST APIs, authentication, project-management features, and interactive maps.

My Informatics degree and additional IT studies build on hands-on work with databases, APIs, software development, and agile delivery. Through customer-facing logistics roles and service as a Communications Specialist in the Swedish Armed Forces, I've learned to troubleshoot methodically, communicate clearly, meet tight deadlines, and stay calm under pressure as I build my career in customer experience and technical support.
