I’m a transformation and technical program leader with experience across mobility, banking, and aerospace, where I deliver complex initiatives across strategy, governance, and regulated delivery. I position myself as an executive-ready partner on roadmaps, organizational direction, and new product development.

In my current role as Lead Technical Program Manager (acting deputy to the Executive Director), I represent leadership in strategic committees and C-level negotiations. I also stepped in as Interim Cluster Lead for an international cluster with an ~EUR 20m budget, stabilizing delivery during a leadership vacuum, managing critical escalations, and coordinating delivery across 71 partners and 10+ work packages.

I build teams and ventures that turn strategy into usable outcomes. I led an internalAI venture team of 3 developers from hiring through delivery model and prioritization, securing a work package and creating a mid-six-figure MVP opportunity within 12 months.

Previously at MTU Aero Engines, I led a production-critical intralogistics transformation with ~EUR 2.8m investment volume, replacing legacy systems with 28 automated shuttles and owning process design, change management, occupational safety, and business continuity. I advanced simulation by developing algorithmic optimization (28% fewer collisions, 11% less walking) and rebuilding the digital twin infrastructure in a modern Python-based environment—enabling future AI integration—while delivering multiple aerospace IT and transformation projects with six-figure cost reductions.
