My journey began with a degree in Industrial Engineering from Cebu Institute of Technology, where I developed a solid foundation in problem-solving and critical thinking. Over the past few years, I have honed my skills in various technical roles, including server support and WordPress support, where I have successfully assisted clients with their hosting and website needs.

At IONOS by 1&1, I provided technical advice and support for server administrator clients, working with both Linux and Windows environments. My experience includes configuring server backups, installing SSL certificates, and troubleshooting complex issues using tools like JIRA. I pride myself on my ability to communicate effectively with clients and provide solutions that meet their needs, ensuring a seamless experience for users.

In my current role at One.com, I continue to expand my technical skills, focusing on WordPress support and hosting services. I am passionate about technology and enjoy building PCs in my spare time.
