What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a technical support role where I can solve WordPress, web hosting, server, and customer issues while improving support processes and helping customers succeed.

I've provided web hosting support at 1AND1 IONOS and Tier 2 WordPress support at Group.one, resolving hosting, website, domain, email, and WordPress issues.

Across more than six years in web hosting support and over three years in Level 2 WordPress support, I've handled website migrations, uptime monitoring, partner program support, malware detection and removal, and Rank Math SEO setup. I also bring one year of server administration experience covering server configuration, maintenance, and Plesk support.

I've trained and mentored support agents to strengthen troubleshooting and customer service performance. My customer support experience spans chat, inbound calls, outbound calls, and email.

Beyond support, I've worked in sales and digital marketing, including SEO, website listings, and Google Ads management, and I can support PC hardware, software, electrical installations, and basic electronics troubleshooting.
