I deliver integrated recruitment campaigns for Kent County Council’s Fostering Service, growing applications by 16% year-on-year and increasing conversion from 18% to 22%. I also manage paid media, email nurture journeys, media pitching, and community advocacy.

Through Borderline Creatives, I help startups and purpose-driven brands define their identity, voice, and visual direction. I shoot and produce video and photography, lead freelance creatives and interns, and manage client relationships, budgets, and delivery end-to-end.

I’ve also led the physical and human rollout of a university-wide rebrand at the University of Kent and built Hello Africa Travel’s brand foundation from the ground up. Strategy and creative aren’t separate for me—they’re the same job.
