I’m a business systems and AI product builder with more than 15 years of experience across operations, administration, marketing, events, hospitality and digital platforms.

My career started in operations, which gave me a strong understanding of how businesses actually work behind the scenes. Over time, I became increasingly interested in identifying inefficient processes, improving customer and employee journeys, and using technology to solve problems rather than simply working around them.

Today, I combine that operational experience with product thinking, AI, automation and modern development tools to design and build practical digital solutions. I have taken products from initial problem discovery and workflow mapping through prototyping, development, testing, deployment and continuous improvement.

My projects include DropOS, a SaaS platform for managing high-demand retail product launches; Santa Rota, a workforce scheduling and booking system; an end-to-end quotation, invoicing and receipt platform; AI-powered business tools; booking and operations concepts; websites; automations; and reusable AI workflows.

Through these projects, I have gained hands-on experience with product strategy, requirements gathering, workflow design, UX, business logic, role-based permissions, databases, APIs, integrations, testing and deployment, using technologies including Next.js, React, TypeScript, Supabase, PostgreSQL, GitHub and Cloudflare.

I also bring extensive experience in marketing, digital strategy, customer journeys, event operations, stakeholder management and commercial administration. This allows me to bridge the gap between business teams and technology rather than approaching problems from only one perspective.

I’m particularly interested in AI, automation, product development, business systems and digital transformation. I enjoy understanding how an organisation works, finding where technology can create genuine value and turning those opportunities into practical solutions people can actually use.

I’m now looking for opportunities where I can bring that combination of operational experience, product thinking and hands-on AI capability to an organisation that wants to improve how it works, experiment intelligently with emerging technology and build useful solutions to real business problems.
