What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver accurate, culturally sensitive interpretation and customer support with strict confidentiality. I want a team that values clear communication, HIPAA-minded professionalism, and opportunities to grow into IT/cybersecurity work.

I provide real-time French-English interpretation in-person and over phone, helping people understand programs, enrollment, and support services clearly and culturally appropriately. I communicate with professionalism, speed, and precision—even during high-volume calls.

In healthcare, legal, customer service, and social service settings, I maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and data privacy standards. I focus on preserving tone, intent, and cultural context while using active listening, memory retention, and note-taking to deliver accurate interpretation.

I also support customer service operations by handling inbound calls on demand, breaking communication barriers between suppliers and HR, and rendering meaning quickly and concisely. My approach is detail-oriented and culturally sensitive, with a steady, neutral presence in sensitive and sometimes high-stress situations.

Alongside interpretation work, I built hands-on quality discipline as a Machine Operator/Assembler, producing precision aerospace parts by following technical diagrams, performing inspections, and supporting final inspection and packaging. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree with a cybersecurity specialization to expand into IT-focused career growth.
