At Noticed, I build and manage outbound email infrastructure delivering around 10,000 emails each month across B2B campaigns. I use Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Salesforce, Airtable, n8n, and Claude to automate prospecting, enrichment, personalisation, and lead-data workflows.
Previously at Sopro, I managed more than 10 concurrent B2B email campaigns, sending 15,000–20,000 emails per month and maintaining an average lead conversion rate of around 1%. I improved performance through A/B testing, segmentation, KPI analysis, CRM integrations, and list hygiene, while training new Marketing Executives.
I also bring experience in customer service, Facebook Ads, SEO, sales reporting, and HTML email customisation.
