What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-friendly role where I can manage chat/email customer support, resolve issues quickly, keep accurate CRM records, and strengthen customer satisfaction through empathetic, solution-focused communication and clear writing.

I’m a customer service and operations professional with over five years of experience providing chat, email, and virtual support across hospitality, technology, and media industries. I’m known for timely, accurate responses, clear written communication, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

In my most recent role, I provided remote chat and email-based customer support for a US technology company, handling 40+ inquiries per day while managing subscription renewals, service navigation, account queries, and complaint resolution across multiple channels. I maintained accurate customer interaction records and transaction histories using CRM platforms, escalated complex issues appropriately, and contributed to improved customer satisfaction metrics through proactive, solution-focused communication.

I also bring broader customer and communications experience from hospitality and public-facing roles, including chat support and reservations handling, as well as public relations work where I promoted events and managed social media engagement to strengthen brand visibility.
