What I'm looking for

I’m looking for full-time remote work in a global environment, with customer communication, administrative support, and operational responsibilities. I’m comfortable working independently and with flexible operational schedules.

At TollyClassic Delivery, I provide customer service and operational support across daily delivery activities. I coordinate with customers, riders, and operations personnel to resolve delivery issues and support smooth order fulfilment.

I handle enquiries, complaints, and service concerns, and follow up on orders, delivery status, missing items, and damaged items. I also escalate complex issues and follow through until resolution.

At TatiTech, I managed customer enquiries about website, digital branding, social media management, and digital marketing services. I followed up on client requests and supported communication, documentation, and scheduling.

My background also includes administrative and customer-facing support in a financial services environment, a B.Sc. in Microbiology, and healthcare and caregiving training. I’m prepared to support customers and operations in a fully remote, global environment.
