What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an administrative or virtual support role where I can strengthen operations, coordinate schedules and stakeholders, manage records accurately, and improve workflows using CRM, Microsoft Office, Canva, and AI productivity tools.

I've supported administrative, customer service, and operational teams at Majorel Kenya, overseeing daily support operations, team schedules, escalations, onboarding, and service standards.
