Gloria Ngozi

I'm Gloria Ngozi, a communication-focused professional based in Asaba, Nigeria, with experience in customer service, call handling, sales, and voice-over work. I've worked as a receptionist at Federal Medical Center, Asaba, and as a call agent at a youth foundation, where I handled inquiries, followed up with people, and kept every interaction clear, warm, and professional.

Empathy is at the heart of how I work. I listen first, take the time to understand how someone feels and what they need, and respond with patience and care. It helps me calm frustrated customers, build trust quickly, and leave people feeling heard and valued.

Sales is one of my strengths. I'm a natural at connecting with people, understanding what they need, and guiding them to a confident decision, whether by phone or face to face. I'm persuasive without being pushy, and I'm comfortable handling questions and objections.

I'm also a voice-over artist. I deliver clear, engaging recordings, and my voice work has sharpened how I speak on calls: steady, friendly, and easy to understand.

On the tech side, I'm very good with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and I'm confident using Intercom, Salesforce, WhatsApp, Canva, and other apps. I pick up new tools quickly.
