What I'm looking for
I’m a recent IT graduate with hands-on technical support experience gained at Milestone Systems, a global video management software company. I focus on diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues while supporting end users and channel partners in SLA-driven environments.
In my student assistant role, I provided first-line IT support both onsite and remotely, managed incidents and service requests through a ticketing system, and installed, configured, and maintained laptops and desktops for new and existing staff. I also configured and maintained network equipment and escalated complex issues to senior engineers with clear, detailed fault descriptions.
I bring a solid foundation in networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN, along with practical work with switches, routers, access points, and LAN/WAN configuration. On the systems side, I support Windows OS setup and administration, Microsoft 365 and Teams, and Active Directory basics.
I’ve also worked with enterprise software and infrastructure, administering Salesforce CRM records and supporting channel partner/reseller account management, plus configuring Milestone XProtect VMS and supporting IP camera/CCTV commissioning.
