I've delivered 1st and 2nd line IT support at Deloitte, resolving endpoint, printer, hardware, software, and access issues across Johannesburg business units. I manage tickets, document solutions, support rollouts, and help teams meet service targets and security requirements.

My experience also includes banking operations at Nedbank, where I maintained ATM uptime, handled incidents, supported customers with digital banking, and produced audit-ready documentation. I'm currently planning fibre-optic network installations at Metrofibre through build-ready maps, technical designs, and planning packs.
