Manage end-to-end site administration and warehouse logistics operations, including vendor coordination, invoice verification, cost control, and facility upkeep to meet audit standards. Manage recruitment operations for temporary staffing by coordinating with local NGOs, government officials, and direct staffing channels. Support placement coordination and partnership development across state/district levels, and contribute to training quality/course completion.

Conduct HR sensitization workshops focused on best practices for PwDs and support candidate selection activities. Create training flyers/posters and build trainer capability through structured training inputs.

Manage training batch execution including target setting, on-the-job training, and placement monitoring. Support campus recruitment drives, manage databases/events, and contribute to HR policies through training-the-trainers and partner/training activities.

Completed an MBA in Marketing through distance mode in Bengaluru (NVUP) from 2008 to 2010.

Completed an ITI qualification in Electronic Mechanic (NCVT).

Completed a Bachelor of Arts in English.
