In my HR & Admin Manager role, I handle full-cycle payroll execution with the vendor, ensure statutory compliance, and maintain audit-ready documentation. I also manage monthly HR-related finance reporting such as headcount reporting and employee cost tracking, while coordinating pre-joining and post-joining activities like induction scheduling and medical checks.
