What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote operations or administrative support role where I can coordinate workflows, support customers and teams, maintain accurate records, and solve day-to-day operational issues independently.

I've supported U.S.-based businesses across order processing, dispatch, executive support, property operations, and customer service for more than six years. I bring organized follow-through, clear communication, and accurate recordkeeping to remote teams.

At TEAL PARTS, I process and track orders, reconcile vendor invoices, maintain operational spreadsheets, and follow up on delays. Previously, at W09 Enterprise and Ashtae Products, I supported four commercial buildings and four vacation rental properties, coordinating tenants, contractors, maintenance, notices, and purchases.

My experience also includes fast-paced NEMT dispatch at Ridewell Transit, executive and client support at Credemtia, and content support for Black Folks Rock. I'm fluent in Spanish and English and work comfortably with tools including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoho CRM, Buildium, Trello, Monday.com, and Canva.
