What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a flexible part-time customer service role where I can resolve customer queries, support accurate operations, and work evening and weekend availability.

I've supported customers and delivery operations at Domino's, resolving order queries and service issues while keeping communication clear during busy periods.

Across remote professional work, I use Microsoft 365 and Jira to organise information, track actions and manage competing priorities accurately. I'm comfortable learning new CRM, scheduling and service-management systems independently.
