What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an Executive Assistant role where I can support a CEO directly—owning calendar, travel, documents, and confidential correspondence—while partnering cross-functionally to improve executive productivity and day-to-day flow.

I’m an Executive Assistant who supports senior leadership with high-trust, high-impact coordination. I act as the primary executive support for the CEO, overseeing multiple businesses while keeping schedules, communications, and priorities aligned.

I manage complex calendars, organize cross-company meetings, and ensure seamless schedule flow. I also prepare executive reports, presentations, confidential letters, and business correspondence, while coordinating strategic initiatives by liaising with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams.

I strengthen operational reliability by overseeing office operations and aligning administrative procedures across company entities. I prepare and process POs, quotations, contracts, and other business-critical documents, and I handle flight bookings, travel arrangements, and visa applications for the CEO and the team.

Earlier in my career, I built strong customer-facing and administrative foundations through front-desk and client support work, plus high-volume customer service and case resolution. Across every role, I focus on structured filing, confidentiality, and compliance—so executives and teams can move faster with fewer distractions.
