I managed a 20-station territory within a 220-site national fuel retail network, while holding national oversight of cash-in-transit operations from 2019 to 2025. I kept collections running across every site and ensured funds were correctly credited to commission agents.

I ran a government-mandated fuel subsidy program end to end at 50,000–60,000 daily transactions. I trained roughly 2,000 frontline staff, reviewed fraud and transaction exceptions daily, authorized settlement releases, and built the national reporting layer used by VPs.

I redesign processes so field teams can execute them. I digitized a network-wide operational audit, rebuilt the fuel-stock control process and operating manual, reduced fuel losses at many sites, and replaced manual reporting with a single-refresh Excel model adopted by nine peer territory managers.

Earlier, I improved after-sales operations across 11 Nissan workshops, delivered construction and maintenance projects, and built a B2B cleaning services operation from the ground up. I bring industrial engineering, practical field experience, and strong Excel-based analysis to multi-site operational challenges.
