I am an operations and program management professional with over 15 years leading multi-country operations, contract transitions, and large teams across Latin America, the Caribbean, and global task orders as a US federal contractor. I have a strong record in vendor and stakeholder management, SLA enforcement, CRM administration (Salesforce and MS Dynamics), and operational improvements that reduced costs and increased service efficiency.

I deliver training, crisis resolution, and hands-on transition leadership for complex government contracts, and I consistently strengthen cross-border team integration and data reliability while ensuring client satisfaction.

Previously, I worked in the infrastructure technology area for almost a decade in the networking area, working as a Network Infrastructure Manager and also having experience with alternative satellite interconnection systems.
