At Kueski, I own the core mobile experience for LATAM’s leading BNPL platform, serving more than 2 million monthly active users. I led a home-screen redesign and personalization engine that increased home-to-loan conversion by 5–6 points and cash-intent conversion by 20 points.

I shipped a native five-step registration flow that lifted completion by 65%, resolved attribution data loss through a hybrid server-side architecture, and led Singular integration across more than $7M MXN in monthly paid app-install spend. I also helped raise the Android app rating from 3.4 to 4.0 through product-quality and onboarding improvements.

Previously at Coppel, I led teams building web, mobile, and conversational platforms for an omnichannel business generating over $1B MXN annually. I launched app onboarding, wishlists, third-party tools, and PayPal integration while helping teams reach 96–98% completion rates and transition to Scrum.
